If you are being interviewed by the Service Police or a UK ‘civilian’ police constabulary, you are entitled to representation that is ‘free of charge’ to you.

If you are subject to proceedings in the Court Martial, Summary Appeal Court, Service Civilian Court or the civilian courts, you can have specialist representation.

If you are charged by your Commanding Officer or Officer Commanding, you can have specialist advice before the hearing and, when considering your appeal rights, after the hearing.

If you are facing administrative action, including for ‘unacceptable sexual behaviour’, you can have specialist advice about how to respond to the allegations and/or have your response prepared for you. This can include the gathering of evidence.

If you have cause to make a Service Complaint, you can have specialist advice about making the Complaint and assistance in submitting it should you decide to proceed with the Complaint.

If you are awaiting a charging decision after being interviewed, sometimes representations made directly to the deciding authority can have a significant impact on how the case proceeds. Lynch Law can make these representations on your behalf.
