If, after arrest or by invitation, you are to be interviewed under caution by British Military Police (Army, Navy and RAF), including the Defence Serious Crimes Unit (‘DCSU’, previously known as the 'Special Investigation Branch’), or the International Military Police (aka NATO MP), Lynch Law can represent you in person no matter where you are in the world, including, but not exclusively:

If the interview will be conducted by the Military Police outside of England and Wales, Lynch Law’s services will be funded by the Armed Forces Criminal Legal Aid Authority. In other words, there will be no direct cost to you or your unit in relation to the services or travel expenses of Jonathan Lynch.
If the interview will be conducted in England or Wales, Lynch Law’s services can be funded through the Legal Aid Agency, where possible, or can be funded through ‘private fee’ agreement.
